Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, instruction manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned furniture for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
